The Master Scuba Diver rating is the highest recreational diver rating. Achieving the Master Scuba Diver rating requires that an individual be certified as an Advanced Open Water diver along with having the Stress and Rescue Diver certification (*First Aid and CPR certification is required for the Stress and Rescue Diver certification). You will need to finish with an accumulated 50 dives.
This is a challenge to all divers who have not receive the Master Diver rating. The Master Diver rating* is a culmination of training, skills, and experience building upon the knowledge gained in your Open Water training class. This level of education shows that you are a cut above the average diver. The Master Diver Challenge is open to anyone who has not yet received the Master Diver rating. Upon the initial start of this challenge the Divers' DiveLog will need to be verified by Scuba Sphere (to monitor progress), along with monthly to semi-monthly verification until you finish the Master Diver Challenge. What you will get out of this rating other than a lifetime of knowledge and diving adventures:
SCUBA SCHOOLS INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION:
*Master Diver rating is continuing your Open Water training with a combination of your Advanced Open Water diver course plus the Stress and Rescue course (First Aid and CPR is required for Stress and Rescue) with a total of 50 logged dives.
